Wenergy BESS service

We service industrial battery energy storage systems (BESS): scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and engineering support. We have hands-on experience with Wenergy systems on our own projects and also service equipment from other manufacturers — from a single battery cabinet to containerized multi-MWh systems.

What scheduled BESS maintenance includes

• inspection of power connections and scheduled re-torquing of contacts;
• battery management system (BMS) checks: voltages, cell imbalance, temperatures;
• battery health analysis — actual capacity and state of health (SOH);
• checks of cooling, ventilation and fire protection systems;
• firmware updates for controllers and inverters;
• protection testing by an electrical laboratory, with test reports.

When to call us

The system delivers less capacity than at the start; BMS or inverter errors appear; a scheduled service per the passport is due; you have acquired a site with an installed system and need a condition audit. We will run diagnostics and provide a conclusion with recommendations.

We are a full-cycle engineering company: we design and build solar plants and storage systems ourselves, so we know this equipment from installation and commissioning practice, not just from manuals. We work under contract with acceptance reports; testing is performed by our own electrical laboratory. Warranty cases are handled according to the equipment passport and contract terms.
