Payment and Delivery Terms
How we work: payment under contract, delivery across Ukraine or self-pickup, manufacturer's warranty and workmanship warranty.
We work transparently: the terms of payment, delivery and warranty are fixed in the contract and specification for each specific order. Here's how it works.
Payment
- Legal entities and sole proprietors (FOP)
- non-cash payment under contract (invoice, VAT included): prepayment for equipment and materials, followed by payment on completion of the agreed stages or as otherwise agreed.
- Individuals
- payment to an account or cash on delivery — as agreed.
Delivery
- Across Ukraine
- by carrier (Nova Poshta) for smaller items; oversized equipment is delivered by truck.
- Self-pickup
- from our warehouse in Odesa.
- Timeframe and cost
- depend on weight, dimensions and destination — calculated upon order confirmation.
Warranty and Returns
- Warranty
- manufacturer's warranty on equipment and a warranty on completed works; terms and conditions are specified in the contract.
- Returns and exchanges
- in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and the terms of the contract.
