The data controller of personal data within the meaning of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" (Law No. 2297-VI) is LK Energy.

2. What data we collect

2.1. Data you provide yourself through forms on the website (contact form, quote request, job application form):

first and last name;
phone number;
email address;
company name (if applicable);
message text and attached files.

2.2. Data collected automatically:

IP address (in server logs — for up to 30 days for security purposes);
browser type, OS, language, screen resolution;
pages you viewed, referral source, session duration;
cookie identifiers (with your consent).

2.3. Technical form-protection measures: to counter automated (bot) submissions, the website uses built-in technical measures (a hidden honeypot field and IP-based rate limiting for submissions). These measures do not transmit your data to third-party services.

3. Legal grounds for processing

Consent: (Art. 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection"; Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for visitors from the EU) — for marketing cookies, analytics, mailings.
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures: (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — when you request a commercial proposal or enter into a contract.
Legitimate interest: (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — website security, protection against spam/bots, anti-fraud.
Legal obligation: retention of accounting and tax documents.

5. Cookies and Google Consent Mode v2

The website uses cookies of three categories:

Necessary: always active, ensure the website functions;
Analytics: (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) — only with your consent;
Marketing: (Google Ads, remarketing) — only with your consent.

We use Google Consent Mode v2: until consent is obtained, Google tags operate in a non-identifying mode (ad_storage=denied, analytics_storage=denied). You can manage consent via the banner or the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.

6. Third parties we share data with

Our own Payload CMS (on our own server and database) — storage and processing of submissions from website forms;
Cloudflare, Inc. — network delivery and website protection (CDN / proxy);
Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Tag Manager) — web analytics and advertising; activated only once the service is enabled and with your consent;
government authorities — upon their lawful request.

Transfer of data outside Ukraine is carried out on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

7. Your rights

Under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR, you have the right to:

know about the fact and content of the processing of your data;
obtain a copy of your data (right of access);
request correction of inaccurate data;
request erasure ("right to be forgotten");
restrict processing;
data portability;
withdraw consent at any time;
lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (ombudsman.gov.ua, tel. +38 044 253-7403), or, for EU residents, with the relevant national supervisory authority.

8. Security

We apply organizational and technical measures: HTTPS, security headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options), role-based access control, logging, backups, and staff training.
