Production and Technical Department (PTD) Engineer

We invite a production and technical department (PTD) engineer to join the LK Energy Group team to work with design and cost estimate documentation for 0.4–35 kV facilities.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of design and cost estimate documentation for 0.4–35 kV facilities.
• Determining the scope of works from design documentation for the cost estimator, and monitoring completed work volumes for closing acceptance certificates.
• Participation in forming and controlling the project budget.
• Work in UNF (accounting software): preliminary analysis of the facility; collecting expense data together with the site manager and the procurement manager.
• Maintaining, preparing and organizing as-built documentation.
• Monitoring compliance of completed works with design and cost estimate documentation.
• Interaction with the customer and technical supervision; planning and monitoring work schedules.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in construction, power engineering, or installation.
• Ability to read and analyze design and cost estimate documentation.
• Understanding of budget formation and cost control processes.
• Experience maintaining as-built documentation.
• User-level knowledge of the regulatory framework: DBN (State Building Norms), DSTU (Ukrainian national standards), PUE (Electrical Installation Rules), PTEE (Electrical Equipment Operation Rules).
• Ability to communicate with the customer, technical supervision, and internal teams.
