Ящики силові з рубильником типу ЯР і ЯПР призначені для нечастих (не більше ніж шість разів на годину) комутацій у колах напругою 380/220 В трифазного змінного струму частотою 50 Гц із глухозаземленою нейтраллю.

Ящики силові з перемикачами типу ЯРП і ЯПРП призначені для нечастих ручних перемикань кіл напругою 380/220 В трифазного змінного струму частотою 50 Гц із глухозаземленою нейтраллю (основного і резервного вводів).

Ящики ЯРП і ЯПРП здійснюють також захист відхідних ліній від перевантажень і струмів короткого замикання.

Ящики призначені для встановлення на вертикальній площині. Номінальний режим роботи — тривалий.

Ступінь захисту за ДСТУ EN 60529:2018:

при відкритих дверях — IP00;
при закритих дверях — IP21 і IP54.

Кліматичне виконання У3 за ГОСТ 15150-69.

Ящики комплектуються: ввідний апарат — рубильник серії ВР32 або рубильник-перемикач серії ВР32; запобіжники на відхідних лініях — ПН-2 або ППН.

Ящики силові з рубильником (ЯР, ЯПР, ЯРП, ЯПРП) призначені для приймання та розподілу електроенергії напругою 380/220 В і захисту відхідних ліній запобіжниками. Окремої серійної лінійки «ЯР» LK Energy Group не виробляє: подібні вироби ми постачаємо як готову продукцію або інтегруємо функцію вводу/перемикання у складі власних ввідно-розподільних пристроїв (ВРП) — номінали та виконання підбираємо під ваше ТЗ.

Description and Purpose

Power distribution boxes with load-break switch, types YAR, YARP, YAPRP, are 0.4 kV (380/220 V, 50 Hz) devices for infrequent switching and manual changeover of incoming feeders in networks with a solidly grounded neutral; the YARP/YAPRP versions additionally protect outgoing lines with fuses. LK Energy Group (Odesa, since 2005) supplies such units as ready-made products or builds the input/changeover function into its own incoming distribution switchgear (VRP, input-distribution device). We do not manufacture a separate serial "YAR" product line: ratings and designs are selected to match your technical specification or integrated into a switchboard. A typical example is a main/backup incoming changeover load-break switch rated at 250 A with PN-2 fuses.

FAQ

Does LK Energy Group manufacture YAR, YARP, YAPR, YAPRP boxes as its own serial product line?

We do not produce a separate serial "YAR" line. We implement a similar function — a load-break switch or a changeover load-break switch with fuses — within our own incoming distribution switchgear (VRP, input-distribution device), or supply it as a ready-made unit. The design is selected to match your technical specification.

What is the difference between YAR, YARP, YAPR and YAPRP?

YAR is a load-break switch only (on/off, without fuses). YARP is a load-break switch plus fuses for line protection. YAPR is a changeover load-break switch for two incoming feeders (main/backup) used to switch between networks or a generator. YAPRP is the same feeder changeover function, but with fuses.

What voltage and current are these boxes designed for?

Operating voltage is 0.4 kV (380/220 V three-phase AC, 50 Hz), a network with a solidly grounded neutral. Rated current is selected per the application: typical designs are 100, 250, 400, 630 A. The exact rating and ingress protection rating (IP00 with the door open, IP21 or IP54 when closed) are agreed based on the technical specification.
