Ящики зі знижувальним трансформатором типу ЯТП призначені для живлення мереж освітлення змінного струму зниженою напругою 36 (12, 24) В потужністю не більше 250 ВА, а також для живлення переносних світильників і електроінструменту напругою 36 (12, 24) В змінного струму частотою 50 Гц.

Пристрої призначені для встановлення на вертикальній площині. Номінальний режим роботи — тривалий. Кліматичне виконання У3 за ГОСТ 15150-69. Ступінь захисту — IP20 за ДСТУ EN 60529:2018.

Ящики відповідають вимогам ДСТУ EN 61439-1 та ТУ У 27.1-40132794-003:2016.

Description and purpose

The YATP box is a ready-made device with a step-down transformer of the 0.4 kV voltage class that converts the 220 V mains supply into a safe voltage of 12, 24, 36 or 42 V for lighting and portable power tools in damp and hazardous locations (basements, inspection pits, boiler rooms, workshops). We produce various power ratings, but the base and most popular one is 250 VA. It includes an enclosure, a single-phase transformer (type OSO), input and outgoing-line circuit breakers, and a socket outlet for portable equipment. FAQ

What is a YATP box for and where is it installed?
The YATP ensures human safety: in damp premises, basements, inspection pits, boiler rooms and metal tanks, a voltage of 220 V is hazardous. The box steps down 220 V to a safe 12, 24, 36 or 42 V to power lighting and hand tools. It is mounted on a vertical surface and is rated for continuous operation.
Which power rating should I choose?
YATP units are produced in various power ratings, but the base and most common one is 250 VA (size designation 610 YATP 0.25). This rating is sufficient for typical lighting and portable equipment. If you need a different rating or a non-standard design, we select it according to your technical specification.
Which output voltage should I choose: 12, 24, 36 or 42 V?
It depends on the equipment: 12 V is the most common for garages and basements (automotive lamps, LED strips); 36 V / 42 V is the standard for industrial facilities under safety regulations; 24 V is for specific equipment. The input is always 220 V, 50 Hz.
What is included in the scope of supply, and is it a ready-made product?
Yes, it is a device ready for operation. It includes: a metal enclosure (IP20), a single-phase step-down transformer of type OSO, circuit breakers (an input one and one for the outgoing line), and a plug socket for connecting portable equipment. We most often supply ready-made products; non-standard versions are made to order.
Which standards does the YATP comply with?
The boxes comply with DSTU EN 61439-1 (Ukrainian national standard) and TU U 27.1-40132794-003:2016 (technical specification). Climatic design category U3 per GOST 15150-69, degree of protection IP20 per DSTU EN 60529:2018.
