ShchO-90 Switchgear Panels for Currents up to 4000A
General information
Panels of ShchO-90 (Ukr. ЩО-90) type distribution switchboards are designed for receiving and distributing electric power at 0,23/0,4 kV three-phase alternating current at a frequency of 50 Hz, as well as for protecting outgoing lines against overloads and short-circuit currents. The panels are used in switchgear with TN-C, TN-C-S, TN-S, and IT earthing systems; the switchboard is assembled from individual ShchO-90 panels and is serviced from the front side.
By type of main circuits, the panels are divided into incoming, line, sectional, combined, end, and busbar bridge panels. Each panel is an assembled structure made of galvanized cold-formed profiles with installed switching and protective devices and electrical measuring instruments; the doors are optionally powder-coated in a RAL color of the customer's choice. Air circuit breakers (ACB) and molded-case circuit breakers (MCCB) are used at 0,4 kV. LK Energy Group manufactures ShchO-90 panels to the customer's project: the main circuit diagram, device ratings, rated and operating currents, busbar cross-section, short-circuit current withstand, number of outgoing lines, and configuration (internal doors, base, busbar/cable entry extensions, sealing, protective screens) are determined by the inquiry sheet and technical specification. Description and Purpose
ShchO-90 panels are single-side-maintenance switchboard panels rated for 0.23/0.4 kV AC, 50 Hz, designed to receive and distribute electric power and protect lines against overloads and short circuits. They are used in transformer substations (TS) and main distribution boards (MDB) of industrial and residential facilities, in networks with TN-C, TN-C-S, TN-S and IT grounding systems. Incoming currents range up to 4000 A. LK Energy Group (Odesa, a switchgear manufacturer; company since 2005, own factory since 2015) builds every panel to the customer's project: ratings, circuit design and configuration are defined according to the technical specification. A standard panel measures 700×600×2000 mm, with front-side maintenance access.
