A ready-made documentation set for a 0.4 kV switchboard of a two-transformer package substation on seven ShchO-90 panels: a specification sheet with a table of panels and devices, a single-line diagram and layout plan of the 0.4 kV switchgear with dimensions, as well as schematic diagrams of individual panels — incomers for 630 and 1600 A, a sectionalizing panel with ATS (automatic transfer switch), and a feeder panel. The documents were developed by LK Energy engineers for real orders from 2021. Some sheets are in Russian (projects from before 2022); new sets are produced by LK Energy in Ukrainian. The PDF is freely available below; the source drawings are available on request via the form.
What ShchO-90 Is and Where It Is Used
ShchO-90 panels (single-side-access switchboard panels, series 90) are a standard design for assembling a 0.4 kV switchboard: the 0.4 kV switchgear of transformer substations (package substations, KTP — complete transformer substations), distribution points, and building service entrance/distribution devices. The switchboard is assembled from individual single-side-access panels installed in a row against a wall and connected by common busbars: incomer panels from the power transformers, a sectionalizing panel (with automatic transfer switch, ATS, where required), and feeder panels with outgoing circuits.
For a two-transformer package substation, the standard configuration is two incomer panels from transformers T1 and T2, a sectionalizing panel between the two busbar sections, and feeder panels for outgoing lines with commercial or technical metering. This is exactly the scheme implemented in this set: 7 ShchO-90 panels, a single-line diagram of the 0.4 kV switchgear in the specification sheet, and an equipment layout plan referenced to the transformer bays.
When a design engineer needs a ShchO-90 panel diagram for a specific site, the starting point is the specification sheet: it sets out, in tabular form, the ratings of switch-disconnectors and circuit breakers, trip settings, current transformers, measuring instruments, and the purpose of each feeder. This set covers the standard task and can be adapted to other 0.4 kV switchgear configurations.
