Manufacturing of Electrical Switchgear Equipment: Our Own Factory in Odesa
LK Energy has been manufacturing electrical switchgear equipment at its own factory in Odesa since 2015. A full cycle in one place: design bureau, metalworking, assembly, and a certified electrical testing laboratory. We produce both serial products and custom panels to your specification or single-line diagram — for voltages of 0.4–35 kV.
What We Manufacture
- 0.4–0.8 kV — currents up to 6300 A
- ЩО-90 distribution panel boards; ВРП input-distribution devices; АВР automatic transfer switch cabinets; УКМ reactive power compensation units; metering-distribution panels; dispatching panels; DC and AC panels; КВПіА instrumentation and control cabinets; overall substation control panels and relay protection cabinets for 6–110 kV switchgear.
- 6–35 kV — currents up to 3150 A
- КСО single-side maintenance-access switchgear cell cabinets for indoor installation; КРУН outdoor complete switchgear units; КРУ-35 for enclosed premises; Б35 outdoor switchgear blocks.
- Enclosure Options
- cold-rolled galvanized steel with 275 g/m² zinc coating, stainless steel, or mild steel with oven-cured powder coating; combined finishes are also available.
How a Switchboard Is Born: Four Steps
- Design. Our design bureau develops drawings based on your technical specification and single-line diagram — in compliance with current DSTU (Ukrainian national standards) / IEC norms.
- Metalworking. We make the enclosures ourselves: guillotine cutting, CNC punch press, bending, forming, welding, painting.
- Assembly. Installation of equipment, busbars, and power and secondary circuit wiring per the design, with labeling of all components.
- Testing. Every product undergoes quality control inspection and testing in our own certified electrical laboratory — test reports are handed over to the customer together with the product.
Lead Times and Warranty
Typical manufacturing time is from 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on complexity and configuration; the schedule is agreed at the outset. The warranty on the cabinet's metal structure is 10 years, subject to compliance with the transportation, storage, and operating conditions specified in the product's datasheet; component parts are covered by their manufacturers' warranty terms. If needed, we also perform on-site installation and provide equipment maintenance.
