35/10 kV substation — design, manufacturing, and installation to order

A substation with a 35 kV upper voltage is not a serial product but an engineering structure: its circuit, configuration, and site layout are developed by a design organization, after which LK Energy Group manufactures the equipment and performs installation according to the specific technical specification and issued technical conditions. There is no fixed size range — the composition and parameters are determined by the project.

Typical composition of a 35/10 kV substation: 35 kV switchgear; 35/10 kV power transformers; 10(6) kV switchgear; busbar systems; cable structures; control point; foundations; lightning protection, grounding, lighting, and fencing. Switching on the 35 kV and 10 kV sides is performed with vacuum circuit breakers. All ratings, power ratings, short-circuit currents, and busbar cross-sections are determined by the project according to the technical specification.

Description and Purpose

These are two different products under one shared listing. The BKTP 10(6)/0.4 kV is a factory-ready packaged block-type transformer substation for 0.4 kV power distribution. The 35/10(6) kV substation is already an engineered structure (35 kV outdoor switchgear, 10(6) kV switchgear/metal-enclosed switchgear cabinets, control building, foundations, lightning protection) that LK Energy Group designs, manufactures and installs for a specific project and site layout. The 35 kV version is built to order, per technical specification and project. All switchgear cubicles use vacuum circuit breakers (we do not use SF6/gas-insulated switchgear). Switchgear manufacturer, Odesa; company since 2005, own factory since 2015.

Do you manufacture 35 kV substations?
Yes. We design, manufacture and install the 35/10(6) kV substation to order — per technical specification, project design and site layout. This is a standalone engineered structure rather than a serial product, so its configuration and ratings are defined by the project.
What is the difference between the 35/10(6) kV substation and the BKTP 10(6)/0.4 kV?
The 35/10(6) kV substation is a larger-scale facility with 35 kV switchgear, a control building, foundations and lightning protection, built to project. The BKTP 10(6)/0.4 kV is a compact, factory-ready packaged block-type substation for 0.4 kV distribution; it has its own separate listing. These are different solutions for different tasks.
What voltages are available?
The high side is 35 kV, the low side is 10(6) kV. Specific ratings (transformer power, currents, switchgear configuration) are determined per project or technical specification.
Do you use SF6 (gas-insulated) equipment?
No. Our switchgear uses vacuum circuit breakers. We do not manufacture SF6/GIS cubicles.
How much does it cost and what are the lead times?
