I-710 (UNO) Outdoor Street Lighting Control Cabinets

General information
Purpose of I-710 cabinets
Outdoor street lighting control cabinets (hereinafter — I-710) for single-sided (front) access are designed for local, manual, automatic or remote (from a dispatch point) control of lighting networks and installations of production buildings, structures and areas with any light source, at a voltage of 380/220 V AC. They additionally provide metering and distribution of electric power, protection of lines against overloads and short circuits, as well as infrequent operational switching on and off (no more than 6 times per hour) of electrical circuits.
I-710 cabinets are designed for outdoor or indoor installation. When installed outdoors, the cabinet is additionally fitted with a protective canopy. Mounting is on a brick or other foundation 150…300 mm high, or on a metal stand manufactured to order. Mounting of the cabinet on a reinforced-concrete pole of the SV type is also possible.
Which I-710 cabinets we manufacture
The I-710 cabinet is an assembled structure made of galvanised, sheet-formed, perforated profiles with switching-and-protection apparatus, electrical measuring instruments and control apparatus mounted on them. The outer door panel, made of galvanised metal, can optionally be powder-coated in a RAL number agreed with the customer. When the cabinet's outer door is opened at night (for inspection and maintenance), the cabinet's internal lighting switches on.
The incoming apparatus and the meter are located in a closed internal box that locks and can be sealed. A PETG glass panel fitted on the box door allows the meter reading to be taken without opening the door.
The main switching apparatus has a visible break in the off state.
The operating mode of the cabinet can be controlled manually, by program, or remotely via a GSM channel.
The cabinet is assembled according to a standard scheme, which is specified by the customer for each individual project (rated current, earthing system, number of lines in each group, etc.).
The cabinet is galvanised and does not require annual painting; the warranty period for the metal structure is 10 years.
Overall dimensions of I-710 cabinets (H×W×D, mm): 1600×1200×400 (with KT- or KM-type group contactors); 1600×800×400 (with KM-type group contactors).
I-710 cabinets are manufactured to TU U 27.1-40132794-003:2016 and comply with the following regulatory documents: GOST 15150-69; DSTU EN 61439-1; DSTU EN 60529:2018.

Description and Purpose
The I-710 (UNO) cabinet is a low-voltage (0.4 kV; 380/220 V), single-side (front) maintenance-access control cabinet for outdoor street lighting. It provides local, manual, automatic (photorelay, daily or astronomical timer) and remote control via a GSM channel, as well as electricity metering and line protection against overloads and short circuits. Internal busbar wiring is done by default with PV-3 25 mm² wire (assembled busbars are used rarely, only when needed); the base rated input current is 100 A. Ratings, the number of groups and lines, the control method and the climatic design are determined for the customer's specific project/technical specification. Manufacturer — LK Energy Group, Odesa, in-house production of switchgear equipment since 2005.
