Industrial battery energy storage cabinets for business
Overview
An industrial storage cabinet is the same technology as the container, at the scale of a single site: from 215 to 385 kWh. The all-in-one design means the batteries, the converter and the control system are built into one enclosure — no separate plant room is needed, and the cabinet stands in the switchroom or simply outdoors on a pad.
Typical jobs: shaving peak tariffs, backing up critical circuits, covering a capacity shortfall without increasing the contracted supply, and working alongside a solar plant.

What our own work covers
We supply the equipment as an official dealer. Our own part:
- The switchgear. The cabinet has to be brought into the switchgear: switching, protection, metering and reconciliation with the existing scheme. That switchgear is designed and built by our plant in Odesa — not subcontracted.
- Installation and commissioning — placing the unit in the switchroom or on a pad, connecting it, putting it into service.
- Servicing — scheduled maintenance, BMS checks, battery diagnostics: BESS servicing.
FAQ
Does the cabinet need a separate building?
No. The all-in-one design and IP55 rating are intended for installation in a switchroom or directly outdoors. What is needed is a prepared base for the weight of the unit — between 2.5 and 3.9 t depending on the model.
Which model suits my load?
The choice is not made on capacity alone but on the pairing of power and energy. Power determines how large a peak the cabinet can shave; capacity determines how long it can hold it. Send us your load profile and we will match the pair to your objective.
What about battery life?
The manufacturer states at least 8000 cycles for the models on 314 and 280 Ah cells, and 6000 cycles for the Star 215. For the Star 261 it is specified that the 8000 cycles apply at 100 % depth of discharge, with 70 % remaining capacity at end of life.
Does the cabinet work in winter?
Yes. The models have their own temperature control, and the Star 385 is liquid cooled with an operating range of −30 to +55 °C. Lithium batteries will not charge in frost, so heating inside the enclosure is a condition of operation rather than an option.
Can several cabinets be installed?
Yes, that is the standard way to reach a capacity a single cabinet cannot cover. We calculate the connection arrangement and the load sharing for the site.
