ShK metal electrical cabinet from the manufacturer

The ShK metal electrical cabinet is a frame-type electrical enclosure of galvanised steel that we make in our own production facility for specific equipment. It is used as a distribution cabinet, an automation cabinet or simply as a metal cabinet enclosure for your switchboard: you set the height, width and depth, doors, plinth and colour, and we make exactly that enclosure — from a single cabinet to an assembly of several sections.

What you can build in the configurator

Sizes

43 standard sizes, plus your own size from 600 × 400 × 250 to 2400 × 1600 × 900 mm in 50 mm steps (H × W × D); wider than 1100 mm — with double-leaf doors.

Mounting

Floor-standing cabinet on a plinth or wall-mounted (wall-mounted — for an empty enclosure up to 50 kg and up to 400 mm deep (the configurator checks this itself)).

Doors

Solid or glazed (inspection) doors, as well as inner doors.

Walls, roof, bottom

Ventilated side panels, plinth, roof and cabinet bottom.

Internal mounting

Internal rails and channels for fixing equipment.

Painting

Unpainted (galvanised) or powder coating in any RAL colour, including textured paint; our corporate colour is RAL 7021 textured. You can paint only the outside or only the doors. The mounting plate is galvanised.

Exploded view

You can "take the cabinet apart" in 3D and see every enclosure part.

Custom metal enclosures and metalwork without assembly

Enclosure only — without assembly

Don't need a finished cabinet with equipment? We make empty cabinets and metal enclosures separately — without electrical equipment installed, to your dimensions or drawings. We also make other metal structures for your project.

Metal — up to 2 mm; product — up to 2400 × 1600 mm, larger ones are assembled from several parts. We do everything in our own production: bending, welding, hole punching, painting.

Send a drawing or build the enclosure in the configurator — a manager will calculate the price and lead time.

Cabinet assemblies

ShK cabinets of different sizes are assembled as sections of one assembly — for example, ATS, distribution cabinet, relay protection and auxiliary supply in one line. Each section can be set separately, and the whole assembly viewed in 3D, including in exploded view.

FAQ

Can I order a metal electrical cabinet in my own size?

Yes. You can take one of the 43 standard sizes or set your own size from 600 × 400 × 250 to 2400 × 1600 × 900 mm in 50 mm steps (height × width × depth); with single-leaf doors width is up to 1100 mm, wider cabinets have double-leaf doors. The size is set in the configurator.

What metal is the ShK electrical cabinet made of?

The enclosure is made of galvanised steel, galvanising 140 g/m² (275 g/m² — on separate order). Thicknesses: frame (uprights) 1.5 mm; plinth legs 2.0 mm (frame and legs are the same for all sizes); panels 1.0 mm; doors 1.0 mm, on tall cabinets and 900–1100 mm wide ones — 1.5 mm; large doors (from 1600 × 1000 mm) — with stiffeners.

Do you paint cabinets, and in what colour?

They can be left unpainted — then the cabinet stays galvanised. Or powder coating in any RAL colour, including textured paint; our corporate colour is RAL 7021 textured. You can paint only the outside or only the doors. The mounting plate is galvanised.

Can I buy just the metal cabinet enclosure without assembly?
